Nothing to show for today.

I have nothing to show for today cause I got 0 pages done. I am, however, working on a really fun LO with funny faces and lots of stars, so I'm excited about that, yay! Maybe I can show that one off tomorrow...if I get about...an hour or so to work on it. We're going to a Bible study with my friend Amy tomorrow evening, so we'll see if I end up with time to work on it...I'm gonna go shower and spend some time with my Sweetie now before I have to sleep in order to function at work tomorrow, goodnight!

About a Joy!

There are my pages about myself that I did today...I like them. I think it's kinda fun doing pages about me...and I can do whatever I want to them, cause they're just for me!! I can make it pink and turquoise if I like...cause it's all about my love of those colors, yay!

I did some effer dare pages too, but I didn't really end up liking either of them too well...so I'm not even gonna put them up...but there are a few that will be really awesome that I will definitely post. Well, I guess if we're gonna have a pizza and watch something tonight, it'd better be soon. Goodnight, all, have a great Sunday!

Excited for tomorrow!

I was totally psyched about going to a crop tomorrow...ALL day....until I found out that no one that I know is going, so instead my hubby is taking me to Janesville to the scrapbook store, yay! He needs to go to find a paper he likes to print posters that he designed for a group that's going to be singing @ the church, and I'll have my $20 that I would have spent on the crop to spend...he he he, I have such a list of things I want after looking through CK magazines @ work today, don't think I'll get them all for $20...but I can try!! :) :)
Tomorrow will be even better than I had anticipated cause I'll get to spend it with my Hubby!! Yay, I love you so so much, Sweetie!

Today's Take

Here is today's take on yesterday's picture...I got a 5x7 cause I wanted to do a 12x12, but I also got the 4x6, cause really...I love 8x8 way more!! I have yet to do an entire 12x12 album, our wedding pictures will be the first, and that's only cause there are HUNDREDS of them!! Anyway, I was working on thank-yous this morning, and needed something fun and exciting to change the pace, so I had fun with shiny things! :) Maybe I'll go see what my Sweetie is working on now!!

Happy one month anniversary of being married to the man of my dreams come true!!

I love you more than I know how to say, Sweetie, and our wedding day is a day that I will remember and CELEBRATE every day for the rest of my life! I'm so glad that God made you for me and me for you and even brought us together through that wonderful eHarmony.com!! I can't imagine how my life would be without you right now, my love, I would be so so so very lonely, yet not even knowing it, cause I had no idea how love really felt before I knew you. You are such a blessing to me, right up there under Christ's sacrifice for me! I love you and I look forward to loving you every day for the rest of my life!!

I FINALLY got my package!

Hooray! I was very happy to receive my box of buttons today!
After work today I worked on uploading my entire Engagement Album to 2peas, so that was quite the job...I got it all scanned last night on Jason's scanner...which is hooked up to his mom's computer, but I couldn't get her computer to do anything that I wanted, so I emailed it all to myself and posted it from my "slow" computer. I like my computer, even if it is slow, it works for me...usually. Anyway, so I should put up a page from my scrapbook...I'll put up my favorite one! The one with the kisses and the eyelet circle!

My New Inspiration

I have a new bit of inspiration, so be forewarned, this may get a little long and boring. About a week ago I picked up the newest issue of Creating Keepsakes Magazine, which I always like because my favorite scrapbooker, Elsie Flannigan, always has stuff in there, Well, I was heartbroken when I looked though there and found nothing by Elsie, but ecstatic to read that in the next issue she would be doing a piece on scrapbooking your wedding pictures...which I had planned to start on next weekend at the crop I'm going to, but after I read that I decided to wait until next month. So anyway, my Sweetie, in his attempts to console me in my withdrawl of Elsie stuff to look at, suggested to me that she might maybe have a website and looked her up for me only to find that she had a blog! So, I've been keeping up on her blog...and I even started my own, but anyway...the story goes, she mentioned this place, in her blog, 2peas...which happens to be twopeasinabucket.com....the greatest source of scrapbooking inspiration EVER!!!! So much so that it has in some way...only made my CPA..that is my Creative Publications Addiction...that is...my need to buy new scrapbooking magazines all the time....worse. WORSE! Sigh. heh, anyway...I have such bunny trails tonight! Wow...where was I...oh yes, 2peas...it's way fun, you can put your scrapbook pages on there and look at lots of other people's pages, so I was looking at new pages today, and there was one titled "Enough is Enough." It was a page of a whole bunch of text (as I saw the thumbnail) and so I read it, cause I always like reading people's journaling on their pages, probably cause i'm nosey..it drives me nuts in the magazines when the pictures of people's pages are too small to read the journaling on. Anyway, it was a scrapbook started by a lady that was going to try to loose some weight that she gained after having her sons...and so I left her some comments about how I think that making a weight loss album I think would be a great source of motivation for me, and she emailed me and told me that there is a whole group of ladies doing this and that they have a new challenge every two weeks and stuff like that...so I think I'm going to do that.

I found some pictures the other night of me one morning working out at the TKD school with Arlen and Trevor, and I was A LOT thinner, so I'd really like to look into finding a place around here where I might be able to take some tae kwon do classes to help me get in shape, and I can use those pictures in my album, and I took some pictures tonight of me being fat, and I can put those in there, I think it will be fun!!

Delight

This is last night's layout, it was way fun cause I got to paint on it. I was mostly finished and decided it needed a little bit of pizzaz...at which time I remembered that the Memories from the Heart store is open late on Friday nights! So I headed over to Delavan and got some paints and created some artwork...it's not the best lookin, but it's WAY fun to do!

Waiting for a package

I've been waiting for a package ALL week, but I'm extremely anticipant today cause I don't have to work. My hubby is out doing some computer consulting right now so I'm just paying bills(I got paid today) and surfing the internet. I had dreams about scrapbooking all last night, and after I woke up this morning I just laid there and had my little daydreams about scrapbooking. Jason and I have been talking about how much fun it would be, after he gets a graphic design job in a bigger city, for me to get to work at a scrapbook store. I'm extrememly hopeful of maybe moving up to Madison, I've never been there, but I hear they have a lot of scrapbook stores. Hooray! I like the ones around here...the little one in Delavan, and the one in Janesville and the one I found last weekend in Greenfield, but I want something CLOSE and BIG! Those are my career dreams...well, short term anyhow...eventually we want to have our own scrapbook store/coffee shop/graphic design studio, but there's time for that. Well, I'm really rambling, so I should quit. :)
